Yay, Gimp

Having no graphical program upon my computer but paint, I’ve been greatly putting off creating a logo for my program. I discussed this with my ladyfriend’s father awhile back who is a significantly more technically inclined than me and he suggested Gimp.
I just downloaded it and shall now be using it to make myself an easy logo. The other issue with the logo was my lack of a permanently decided upon name. I’m currently using the name “Socialist Melon Software.”
It came from an amusing name generator I found once.
So far I’m doing okay with the program.
I really haven’t the slightest clue what I’m doing, so I’m having some issues. I think I’ll get it, it’ll just look rather lame.
Oh well..
I’m finishing up the project tonight and turning it in tomorrow.
As I said previously, expect my alpha program saturday.
